Ego Block Summary

IEE leads with Ne — Ideas: possibility, potential, curiosity, and the quick discovery of new paths. Fi — Relations serves as the Creative function, giving those possibilities personal significance and relational meaning.

Valued Elements

Valued elements: Ne ? Fi ? Si ? Te

These are the Delta elements IEE finds most alive: possibility, personal relation, sensory steadiness, and practical usefulness.

Vulnerable Note

Ti — Laws sits at position 4, the Vulnerable. Demands for rigid taxonomy, detached consistency, or closed definitions can feel stifling here, especially when they narrow human possibility.

Suggestive Note

Si — Senses sits at position 5, the Suggestive. IEE welcomes grounded observation, physical steadiness, and someone who notices what actually works in the material field. This is what the SLI dual supplies naturally.

Model L · Kimani White

The Sixteenfold Cross

Model-L specifies each of IEE's sixteen element positions to the sub-variant level. The four capacity groups — A, B, C, D — organise these positions by the type's psychological relationship with each.

A CAPACITY — Preeminent

IEE's most natural region: personal inspiration, inner values, reflective imagination, and symbolic emotion moving through possibility.

A1 — Ne(F.) — "Inspiration" — Base

IEE Base: Ne(F.) Inspiration. Inner potentiality, spontaneous creative impulse, and imagined paths for growth or novelty. This is the central point of the type's confidence.

A2 — Fi(N.) — "Soul" — Creative

IEE Creative: Fi(N.) Soul. Inner values, ideals, convictions, and abstract notions of what is inherently worthwhile. This is the tool the type uses to express and support the Base.

A3 — Ni(F.) — "Reverie" — Ignoring

IEE Ignoring: Ni(F.) Reverie. Inner scenarios, narrative significance, symbolic subtext, and reflective imagination around events. Capable but not treated as the main point.

A4 — Fe(N.) — "Sentiment" — Demonstrative

IEE Demonstrative: Fe(N.) Sentiment. Inner opinions and passions conveyed through dramatic rhetoric, symbolism, and emotional meaning. Strong and often automatic in the background.

B CAPACITY — Supported

Supported positions that bring visceral drive, concrete affinity, bodily stimulus, and expressive atmosphere into IEE's relational exploration.

B1 — Se(F.) — "Impetus" — Correspondent

IEE Correspondent: Se(F.) Impetus. Visceral mobilizing impulse, turning stored energy toward concrete aims and exertion. Available as a conscious support, but less central than the A positions.

B2 — Fi(S.) — "Animus" — Collaborative

IEE Collaborative: Fi(S.) Animus. Stable visceral attitudes of affinity or aversion toward people and concrete objects. Works as a deliberate auxiliary route.

B3 — Si(F.) — "Stimulation" — Compensatory

IEE Compensatory: Si(F.) Stimulation. Subjective bodily stimulus, vitality, comfort, and the felt charge of physical experience. Helps cover practical or structural gaps when needed.

B4 — Fe(S.) — "Affect" — Instrumental

IEE Instrumental: Fe(S.) Affect. Physiological mood, expressive atmosphere, aesthetic signals, and shared sensory feeling tone. Useful and deployable, especially in service of stronger aims.

C CAPACITY — Contrasting

Contrasting positions that add detached ideation, conceptual structure, strategic time, and impersonal reasoning around the profile.

C1 — Ne(T.) — "Ideation" — Subsidiary

IEE Subsidiary: Ne(T.) Ideation. Active conceptual generation, brainstorming, and manipulation of semantic possibilities. A secondary shading of the profile rather than the lead voice.

C2 — Ti(N.) — "Intellect" — Negligent

IEE Negligent: Ti(N.) Intellect. Linguistic framing, interpretive schema, and coherent articulation of concepts. Present but not normally prioritised.

C3 — Ni(T.) — "Apprehension" — Prompting

IEE Prompting: Ni(T.) Apprehension. Strategic and temporal understanding of how events are likely to unfold over time. Can be activated by context or by other people.

C4 — Te(N.) — "Reason" — Galvanizing

IEE Galvanizing: Te(N.) Reason. Fact propositions, informal logic, productive aims, and workable strategic formulations. A background primer that can energise the type indirectly.

D CAPACITY — Vulnerable

The lower-capacity region: regulated force, embodied structure, sensory observation, and material method as the field of need and complementarity with SLI.

D1 — Se(T.) — "Actuation" — Role

IEE Role: Se(T.) Actuation. Regulatory force applied to shape the physical environment within concrete parameters. Performed consciously when the situation asks for it.

D2 — Ti(S.) — "Habitus" — Vulnerable

IEE Vulnerable: Ti(S.) Habitus. Embodied forms, codified habits, and the tangible structure of subjects, groups, or systems. A sensitive point where pressure can land hard.

D3 — Si(T.) — "Observation" — Suggestive

IEE Suggestive: Si(T.) Observation. Selective intake of external sensory data, attending to functional details in the physical field. A receptive point: what the type most welcomes from others.

D4 — Te(S.) — "Praxis" — Mobilizing

IEE Mobilizing: Te(S.) Praxis. Hands-on methods, practical experimentation, resources, and material workflow improvement. A low-capacity but energising point that responds to encouragement.

The Type In Life

The Explorer

Dayo

Dayo became fascinated with the history of cartography at 2pm on a Tuesday and by Thursday had read four books and sent eleven messages. He moves between enthusiasms at speed, but the speed is not shallowness — each enthusiasm is genuinely felt, fully inhabited, charged with a personal sense of significance that others find either exhausting or electrifying. He is good with people in the way that means he is interested in them, specifically, as opposed to generically. He remembers what mattered to you. He asks about it. He means it.

Zara

Zara has a list of things she wants to try and the list grows faster than she depletes it, which she finds encouraging rather than overwhelming. She is not a dabbler — she goes deep, quickly, on whatever has caught her — but the object of the depth keeps changing, and that is the point. She connects possibilities across contexts that have no obvious bridge. This shows up in her work, in her relationships, in the way she finds the unusual angle without looking for it. She talks too much when she is excited. She is excited quite often.

Dual Relationship

IEE and SLI

IEE's dual is SLI — The Craftsman. IEE's Suggestive is Si(T.) — Observation: selective intake of external sensory data and attention to functional detail. SLI leads with exactly this mode of perception.

SLI's Suggestive is Ne(F.) — Inspiration: inner potentiality, spontaneous creative impulse, and imagined paths for growth. IEE leads with that mode effortlessly. One opens the field; the other grounds it in what is actually there.

A Note on This Type

What Model L Adds

Model A identifies IEE as Ne-leading with Fi Creative. Model-L specifies that this is Ne(F.) — Inspiration, the internal and personally vivid mode of possibility, supported by Fi(N.) — Soul.

This distinction matters when separating IEE from ILE. Both lead with Ne in Model A terms, but IEE's Ne(F.) is inspirational, personal, and growth-oriented. ILE's Ne(T.) treats possibilities as conceptual objects to test, recombine, and systematise.

For IEE, Model-L clarifies why curiosity so often arrives with personal significance: possibility is not just interesting, but meaningful for people.
