Stratievskaya builds each quadra complex from the quadra's four valued aspects: two evolutionary (+) and two involutionary (−). These are the same four you would get from Model A — but the signs add a layer the unsigned list cannot show: which of the valued aspects the quadra builds outward with, and which it works in a corrective, constraining register.

A note on wording. The Russian calls these the four доминирующих — dominant — aspects of the quadra. This drill says valued instead, because a quadra's set contains weak functions as well as strong ones, and "dominant" can be read as a claim about strength. Value and strength are separate measurements; the signs here are about neither.
